Shipping Information

Standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. is $6.95 on orders under $35, $4.95 on orders from $35 to under $65, and free on orders of $65 or more. Thresholds apply to merchandise after pair savings and other discounts, before shipping and tax. Rates for other U.S. destinations are shown at checkout.

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We typically ship with USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery within the contiguous U.S. is estimated at 2–5 business days after dispatch, in addition to order-processing time. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed; some destinations may take longer.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at gianna@missgreenqueen.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
