Our story
Born to stir the pot.
Pricey herb. Confusing recipes. A countertop full of equipment. All that effort, and you’re still wondering whether your edibles will turn out. I knew there had to be a better way to get baked. So I tied on my apron and got to work.
Advocating for Texas cannabis law reform.
While interning with a nonprofit advocating for cannabis law reform, I met people who relied on cannabis for relief. Their stories gave my advocacy a deeper purpose.

Taking matters into my own kitchen.
My kitchen became a testing ground. Between batches, research papers and sharing tutorials on YouTube, I kept coming back to the same thought: there had to be an easier way to make great edibles at home.

A degree earned. An invention underway.
I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin and filed my first provisional patent application that year. Years of research and kitchen experiments were taking shape.

Of course we launched on 4/20.
Green Queen launched in Austin with our Herbal Infusion Brownie Kit. I mixed and packed the early kits in batches of ten. With COVID lockdowns underway, I also set up a no-contact pickup box outside my home for local customers.

From mixing bowls to market booths.
Markets and trade shows meant meeting customers face to face—sharing the products, answering questions and hearing what people wanted to make.

Behind every batch.
The idea was only the beginning. Bringing it to life meant figuring out production, one filled, sealed and labeled jar at a time.
Invented. Tested. Patented.
In 2026, we received patent approval for our original Potency Booster formulation. A huge milestone for the science behind Green Queen—and the years of research, testing and determination it took to get here.

Still stirring the pot.
The same curiosity that started Green Queen keeps us creating. Here’s to good food, fresh ideas and whatever you’re making next.
